Hey mate.

I enjoyed your unworkshop the other day at JALT. And I have often experimented in my CALL classes with using social network software in classes but with often disastrous results (the risk associated with trail blazing).

Working through your steps, I just thought we didn't have enough time to collect enough data for step 3. My sample size is only 6 and I wonder if it should be bigger than this. Do you have any more survey data that we could add or pool together?

Hi tchan,

Sorry for the late reply, I am also finding my way here and I failed to see your message. I think, the best thing to do at step 3 is to ask a few colleagues at work for their response. You have also 6 contacts from our unworkshop group, so those 6 people would hopefully provide you with all the feedback you really need in this context.

I hope this helps, let us know how you go!

And thank you for your thank you. Vicki Davis is a real inspiration in teaching with social software, you can catch her feed at http://coolcateacher.blogspot.com.
